
Policies
I'm in the people pleasing business and strive to convert all of my clients into raving fans. It’s a tall order and isn’t always possible. However, I will always treat people with respect and kindness. I only ask that my clients extend the same courtesy. Please familiarize yourself with my policies as I'd rather not have any misunderstandings.

Reservation Policy
To make a reservation, I require that a credit card or debit card be placed on file. Card information is secure and not visible to anyone after it is entered into the system. The card can be used for touchless check out at the end of your service and otherwise is not charged unless I receive less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation or no call/no show.

RETURN Policy
For health and safety reasons, product can only be returned for a full refund if they're unopened and unused, within 7 days.

LATE POLICY
The Beauty Room allows a 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call/text so that I can adjust my schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to perform your scheduled service(s) and you may have to reschedule out of courtesy to other salon guests. Any "no shows" will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Redo Policy
All services are non-refundable. However, I want you to be thrilled with your hair and will make every attempt to ensure you're satisfied with your experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied (due to a mistake by the service provider) please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. I'll be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge to make any necessary changes.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel, reschedule, or change any service appointment, The Beauty Room respectfully requests at least a 48 hour notice by calling/texting 316-531-4526. The appointment must be cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline to avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel without 24 hour notice, I reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the booked appointment value.

Client Refusal Policy
The safety of myself and my clients is my top priority. As such, The Beauty Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if I feel that they pose a health or safety risk, This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness, or rude/obnoxious behavior.
